Josh Bradshaw / Times staff Artist and Sculptor Morgan Elser of Delavan presented Christal Dagit, president of Tazewell County Museum and Educational Center, with an original framed sculpture of Sen. Everett McKinley Dirksen. Made of Indian red clay, it portrays Dirksen in his last days. Dagit said she already knows where she will display the wall art.
